Our caregiver positions include Personal Support Specialists (PSS), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Habilitation Specialists (HS), and Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP).

Our caregivers are carefully screened and must meet to meet the following minimum requirements:

bullet Caregivers in Maine Excellent references
bullet Caregivers in Maine Clear criminal background check
bullet Caregivers in Maine Clear driving record
bullet Caregivers in Maine Signed patient confidentiality agreement
bullet Caregivers in Maine On-site interview
bullet Caregivers in Maine Orientation and training
bullet Caregivers in Maine CNA license verification (if applicable)

Personal Support Specialists (PSS)
Personal Support Specialists perform direct patient care and patient care-related activities in order to achieve client goals and must be a licensed Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA).

The PSS assists home bound clients with tasks such as:

bullet Caregivers in Maine Personal care such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
bullet Caregivers in Maine Assisting with chores like laundry, grocery shopping or prescription pick up
bullet Caregivers in Maine Helping with mobility including getting in and out of bed and using the restroom
bullet Caregivers in Maine Loving companionship including listening, reading, and playing cards

Habilitation Specialist (HS)
Habilitation Specialists provide one-on-one support to children with a diagnosis of Mental Retardation and/or Autism, in their homes and community. All positions require non-traditional hours with 6-30 hours per week and include after school or weekend shifts.

Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)
Behavioral Health Professionals provide one-on-one therapy to children who are faced with challenging life circumstances.
