MAS Home Care of Maine provides support to the elderly and chronically ill through an extensive network of statewide caregivers. Our home care services are flexible to meet a wide range of needs and can include:
Personal care like bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
Assisting with chores like laundry, grocery shopping or prescription pick up
Helping with mobility including getting in and out of bed safely and using the restroom
Loving companionship like talking, reading, and playing cards
Our caregivers are carefully screened to meet the following minimum requirements:
Six months of experience
Excellent references
Clear criminal background check
Clear driving record
Signed patient confidentiality agreement
On-site interview (though we are willing to travel to interview a promising candidate)
Orientation and training
CNA registry verification (if applicable)
