When you are recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery you need all the help you can get. Your body needs the time to heal properly, and trying to jump right back into your normal routine will not help. Having a second set of eyes, ears and hands can help make your recovery all the more successful. Often when we are not feeling our best our judgment in how we take care of ourselves may not be up to par. Having someone available to keep a watchful eye can assure you are getting stronger every day. There is no need to wait for family members or friends to drop by to help you after work. Your care should be on your schedule. When there is someone to care for you, you can forget about the chores and concentrate on yourself.
